Sleeping Lion: Comprising two vertical walls with a central channel, providing an ideal habitat for various fish species including sharks, barracudas, and rainbow fish. The vibrantly colored walls offer sightings of diverse marine life such as octopuses, hammerhead sharks, white-fin reef sharks, and freshwater turtle sharks. Additionally, turtles, rays, and sea lions can be observed in this area.
Brujo Hill: Featuring a coral sand beach and diverse flora and fauna, Brujo Hill is an eroded tuff cone with lava formations. Formerly a salt extraction site, it is now a birdwatching spot offering panoramic views of León Dormido, the southern part of San Cristobal, and the adjacent coastline.
Sardina Bay: Known for its fishing opportunities, Sardina Bay is home to various species including sardines, liza, octopuses, lobsters, and shrimp. Gardner Bay: Stretching approximately 1 km, Gardner Bay is renowned for its stunning beauty and abundant sea lion colonies. The turquoise waters provide a striking contrast to the white shell dust beaches, where marine iguanas and sally light-foot crabs can be observed. Snorkelers can encounter a variety of marine life, including colorful fish and rays, particularly around Gardner Rock, which is home to white-tipped reef sharks and other vibrant sea creatures.
